I believe that the vision that was given to me is God’s and not my own. He has simply entrusted me with the vision to execute it. The vision for J.E.R.K. is to continue to make music that is inspired by God, and minister the word of God to the youth. I believe that I’m called to the city of Compton.  I have a great affection for Compton. My goal is to not just remain local, but at the same time I don’t want to be so focused on spreading the Gospel abroad that home gets neglected.  I want to show the youth that they have a positive role model that will never fail them and knows them better than they know themselves. The role model is Jesus, and follow him and he will direct your paths and lead you to righteousness. So as for J.E.R.K. my motives are not to just be the biggest rapper of all time, but I pray that I reach my full potential in Christ, so whatever he has for J.E.R.K. I’ll be excited cause the joy of the Lord is my strength.
